**Worst Interview Experience – BCE Global Tech** I recently had one of the most unprofessional interview experiences with **BCE Global Tech**. After clearing **four rigorous rounds**, I was verbally told that I was **selected**—only to be completely **ghosted** afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was **zero communication** until much later, when they casually mentioned that **"the position wasn’t open anymore."** Why conduct **four rounds of interviews**, waste candidates' time, and give false hope if there was **no actual hiring intent** to begin with? This reflects **extremely poor hiring practices** and a **complete lack of respect** for applicants. A **big red flag** for anyone considering opportunities with this company.
