BCHA interview questions

Fairly relaxed interview, although they left things out of the job description that were brought up in the interview. Lovely people and not overly formal. Simple questions, lots of scenarios with a fairly big focus on safeguarding.

Good and effective. Scenario questions related to the job, mental health and relevant experience to support your application. Relaxed and professional. Supportive and guided. Usually one or two managers will interview at once. Be relaxed and confident.
