WHAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT WHEN YOU DESIGN THE POSTER ?
DO YOU PREFER WORK WITH TEAM OR BY YOURSELF
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BCNET (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Three levels of interviews, over the phone, in person with hiring manager, and a gruelling 5-person panel interview.
Was required to create a complex data center design exercise on very short notice.
It takes a lot of hard effort just to interview with BCNET and the organization seems to have little interest in applicant's transferable skills.
The panel members peppered me with many technical questions, often focused on detailed attributes of equipment and design choices favoured by the organization.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given the layout of a room and brief descriptions of equipment and equipment racks used by BCNET, design a data centre, including cable trays, HVAC, lighting, and (redundant) power distribution systems.
I applied online. I interviewed at BCNET in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone interview then face to face. No final notice, did sent a few emails to follow up. But never get reply. The manage is so mean and unprofessional. Do not recommend this company.
