BCS Automotive Interface Solutions interview questions

Online, via Teams, with the HR Manager. Started with a short introduction of BCS in Romania and in Europe, what they do, being aquired by another corporation, how they are structured. Went on to explain what they want from the new position of Freight Expert,in the new EMEA Logistics Dept. From my side, I provided my backgroud, my expertise, and why I do consider I fit this position. I was allowed to talk and I felt free to add to what the HR manager was explaining. In the end I was asked about the salary expections. Also I was explained the next steps of the recruitment process. Overall impression from my (candidate) side: friendly but very professional, short but very detailed and anought to get all the informations I needed and to introduce myself.
