In getting the interview I had to call back the receptionist as they missed their time window to call me for a phone interview not once, but twice. After finally setting up an appointment with the CEO, they were also an hour late to my interview and were asking for way more experience and certifications than they had posted in their Indeed ad. During the interview, the CEO took the time to let me know that there were certain clients they did not like supporting and they were continually increasing the price of support for said clients in an effort to get rid of them. Other red flags included not knowing what Azure AD was and offering a completely different job than what I was there to interview for.
