The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BCU (Minnetonka, MN) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation to interview the next day. I got a job offer the same day. After receiving the offer, I was told that a credit check would need to be done. I was straightforward with the recruiter that my credit wasn’t good, but was told that simply writing a letter of explanation would suffice. After being rushed to write the letter of explanation I was told that my offer was rescinded because of my credit! How frustrating is that to hear when you’ve turned down other job offers and interviews!!?? Especially when I was straightforward about my credit situation. “Apply again when your credit improves” I was told. How about.... NO. All BCU has done is waste my time and extended my job search!
I applied online. I interviewed at BCU (Juana Diaz, PR) in Dec 2022
Interview
It's a very friendly interview experience. Not only they want to know about your job experience but also about your personal interests. Many questions make you analyze what kind of person you are.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BCU (Round Lake, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
All interviews were done over the p[\hone or on teams so the process was fairly simple.. I first spoke with HR, the regional manager and then branch manager. Just had a glitch connecting teams with regional manager interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BCU (Fredericksburg, VA) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was awesome! Everyone that interviewed me was so nice. The questions pertain to the job/your experience and to your personality, which I believe was a very good mix.
