I had four interviews in total. First phone interview with HR - seemed pleasant and invited me to an in-person interview. In-person interview was with the HR rep, and was invited to a third round of (two) separate interviews with the management and junior team members. Management interview was very easy going, asked a lot of questions but made you feel uncomfortable. Team interview was really uncomfortable and made me realize BDO wasn't the right fit for me. The team seemed really aggressive, was extremely hard to read and it felt more like an interrogation. Made me take a step back and wonder what the corporate culture was really like... and not how they depict on their website. Despite the bad vibes, I felt it was really important to thank the HR rep and team for taking time out of their busy schedules to interview me, and never even got a response. You'd think a 'professional' organization like BDO has the decency to thank or respond to candidates that 4 hours out of their busy schedules. Guess not!
