Interview
It was fast and the process from start to onboarding was smooth. To be prepared to answer case study questions for audit role and to expect knowledge based questions. Overall experience was hassle free. However, please make sure that you ask all the questions you need especially regarding the bond and your entitlement during the bond and consequences of breaching the bond. Ask about the company culture and read reviews before committing

From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
