Interview
Interview consisted of two 30 minute interviews back to back. First was more conversational in manner, second was very technical (was asked about GILTI for international taxation) in nature. Both interviewers were very kind and understanding when asking about concepts learned at the beginning of my academic career.

Explain what GILTI is and how it applies in US taxation.

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. From the application it went to the aptitude test if qualified you have 2 - 3 managerial / HR rounds as well in which they check the technical skills , behavioural fit of the individual etc

The interview was casual and straightforward. It felt like more of a conversation than a formal Q and A. Both of my interviewees were well prepared and easy to talk to.
If you are a fresher, prepare all the basics you know about accounting and Indian tax and you will crack the interview. My interview was quite easy and recruiters were friendly.
