BFA interview questions

The initial screening was fine, very informative and very thorough. It was also NOT via video. Moved to the next round with the hiring manager, and this WAS a video interview. Well apparently their company credo of "inclusiveness" doesn't include age. I'm no 30 something and the interviewer doesn't have a good poker face. You could visibly see him decide I was too old to be his target employee. The rest of the 30 minutes were basically an exercise in civility and they ended the call as quickly as decently possible. They had almost no questions for me and were completely checked out. Needless to say my subscription box with Ipsy has been cancelled; apparently diversity and inclusiveness only count for certain age groups at Beauty for All (BFA). They should really be called Beauty for those we deem Young.

They required me to do a case that seems like what they are planning to do inside the company as the next steps. I had a quick 30 min interview and they asked what was my thinking process, tools that I knew.
