BGC Group interview questions

The initial point of contact was excellent. The HR team was personable, and the first round virtual interview was conducted smoothly. However, after the first interview, I was informed that the second round with the CEO would need to be conducted in person and that HR would check on the CEO’s availability. Unfortunately, I did not receive any further update after that. It has been about four months since, so I assume I was not shortlisted. While the initial experience was positive, clearer follow-up communication would have been appreciated.

interview process was smooth and hiring manager was nice, providing detailed JD and asking relevant questions also making time for QnA. All in all, it was more casual and not making the cdd nervous.
