BICO Software Engineer (C#.Net) interview questions

I applied for the job via their career website for one of the sister company of Bico named BioSero. A recruiter from the company reached out to me and scheduled the 1st round video interview with Hiring Manager. But weirdly the Hiring Manager didn't even bother to conduct the interview and did not appear for the interview at all. I emailed the HR regarding this issue(when nobody is present to take my video interview).But HR also didn't even care to reply to my email or resolve the issue, when nobody from the company side was present to take my interview. After sending multiple emails, Few days later HR rescheduled the interview. But I felt like the company conducted a namesake interview and they already had a candidate selected for that role. After a month, they sent me rejection email.
