you call for interview and did all the things like Interview, HR Round, then interview with their site president level person after that Hr negotiation and finalling your package id decided and finally what they say is that they will let you know within 10 days. After that they niether reply nor provide you any feedback. If you weren't selected that why hell you did negotiation and further interview with site president? And after that all if you don't want any candidate to select then why you call them for interview? One more thing if you are not comfortable for giving salary package hike of atleast 20 to 25 % then why you ask candidates who is already beyond your capacity to provide package ? For company management/HR Kindly go through candidate profile and his current packages before calling them for f2f interview and decide that will you be able to provide him package of atleast current CTC ? If not don't waste precious time of candidates as they will be loosing their time and leave. I also would like to add that if candidate is not selected then why you are doing salary negotiation ? Just tell him that you are not selected.
