I got the application through a recruiter, then you have to pass a technical test.
After that, you get an interview with HR and someone from the Dev team. The overall experience with the HR person was horrible, as she didn't show any interest to be there or work at all.
On the contrary the interview with the person from the Dev team is quite technical, in order to evaluate your level and fit in the project. The feedback from him was very positive and it sensed as the process was going to be OK.
After some time without any response or news on the process they discarded me, because of their discriminatory culture/team policies.
Although their project there is quite interesting and the company looks awesome, they are losing good candidates because of their bad HR team and their discriminatory policies.
