So far I only had the written test where they asked you to write an article after reading some articles which they provided you with. Will be going for the Skype interview with the head office soon, so I will update again.

Amateurish, long, over the top for a graduate role. First i had to answer two essay questions, and then I was invited to interview. i interviews with an analyst and head of the departments, and then on another occasion with the head of department and head of research, where I had to give a presentation. it was very intimidating and time consuming.
