Call from HR. The lady was really nice and to the point. The HR screening was followed by the interview by hiring manager. The hiring manager probably had someone in mind already and the interview was a farce. All irrelevant questions

Question 1
Very confused hiring manager. Asked me about my experience that was non automotive ( about 2 years out of the total 15 years). When I started explaining she cut me short that it was not relevant. As I spoke about my automotive experience at other OEMS she curtly said that she ‘German way’ of working was superior.
