Phone screening by recruitment agency followed by 3 written tests (mechanical, electrical, controls) and an interview and practical test. When the job was offered the terms and conditions were changed. A different role with higher pay was offered and accepted but not honoured. Contract took over a month to arrive and had errors, and did not match those discussed during the recruitment process. Was lied to about various things which later caused alot of issues as benefits were reduced (including breach if contract). 2 new recruits left the company after they were failed to be paid, for over 2 months in one instance.
