Round one was general apptitude there were few numerical problems, english and questions from java, sql and unix commands. The questions were very east but i suppose the cut off was high since they selected only 7 of us from around 100.
Round 2 was face to face technical interview. They questioned me on java and sql , I answered java well and told them that i was not well prepared in sql since the interview was for java developer. So they questioned more on java. You need to be strong atleast on one technical domain like java or sql or even testing. This was conducted by the department head and another senior technical staff. Java questions were simple and just tested wether we know the concepts or not.
Round three was general hr. Nothing special about it. They just ask pretty regular questions.
You have the risk of getting rejected in round one or two. And very few get rejected after reaching hr round too.
