Quick, smooth and Not problematic at all. Call with HR girl, then meeting with tl and I was good to go. Profesional but Not stresful atmosphere. Just clear and smooth process.
First a phone call - basic HR question (salary, level of languages, strong points, weaknesses).
Then a meeting with future managers - also basic questions about resume, studies and hobbies. Plus questions about financial markets, funds, securities and previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas Securities Services (Warsaw, Masovia) in Aug 2020
