Had a phone interview, offered job 2 days later and accepted shortly after. Seemed as though company was desperate for employees because I did not have a lot of experience and interview was fairly short.

I submitted my resume to a job posting on their website and was called in for an interview. The interview was about an hour long which is typical and we discussed items on my resume.

The interveiw last 1 hour and I met two person. The first person went through my resume and asked some question about my work experience. He told me the important skills for this position are communication, teamwork, detail-oriented and had relevant experience
