A lot of behavior based questions. Some are expected as with any interview, but theirs is an overkill.
You must sign in with security desk before being escorted to HR. During the interview, be candid open and honest about your experience and expectations; always is best policy. The interview itself will be pretty brief.

Any behavioral question is unexpected. You can't really prepare for those. My advice is to just be yourself.

The interview process was fairly simple, consisting of easy questions that I was able to answer confidently. However, after completing the initial steps, the company stopped responding entirely, effectively ghosting me and leaving the process unresolved despite my follow-ups.

One of the questions they asked me was about my experience managing high-volume customer interactions and how I handle challenging or upset customers.
The interview process for the bank of New York Mellon was great. Friendly and efficient agent who were able to answer all of my questions. Timely responses to questions and feedback. I would do it again

Interview
Interviewers were friendly, misleading almost to the point of offering the job in Interview. Was told I'd hear back by a certain date (a week later.)
No outcome by that date, was then ghosted. They offered another candidate the role and provide no feedback.
