This was an interview 1 year back. Polite and Pleasant. 2 interviewers from the client servicing department and 1 from the HR. Last 30 minutes. No real stumbling questions. The interviewers also explained the system of the company.

The interview process was fairly simple, consisting of easy questions that I was able to answer confidently. However, after completing the initial steps, the company stopped responding entirely, effectively ghosting me and leaving the process unresolved despite my follow-ups.

One of the questions they asked me was about my experience managing high-volume customer interactions and how I handle challenging or upset customers.
The interview process for the bank of New York Mellon was great. Friendly and efficient agent who were able to answer all of my questions. Timely responses to questions and feedback. I would do it again

Interviewers were friendly, misleading almost to the point of offering the job in Interview. Was told I'd hear back by a certain date (a week later.)
No outcome by that date, was then ghosted. They offered another candidate the role and provide no feedback.
