Nil. Internal staff member applied with no response from HR and the current RM refusing to consider the application. And is now blocking internal job transfers by using the 12 month rule. 12 months in current role before movement.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone for approximately 20 minutes. It was straightforward, not much chit chat, a handful of questions about my background, experience, and skill set. The interviewer also asked if I had any questions about the company.
