I was scheduled for a technical interview of 30 min. Most of the interview were HR related questions for about 25 min which were very easy to answer, the interview was done by 2 persons that were not related to the role directly. Very few technical questions were asked and during the last 5 min of the interview. To my surprise, I was told I didn’t get the position because of a lack of technical knowledge, I wonder how they could assess my knowledge for so few questions asked in the first place? I verified with colleague in the field the answer I gave to those technical questions and they were quite accurate. It seems to me there is some fairness issue with their hiring process. It was the one of the weirdest interview outcome I had.
