Interview
It has three process of interview (fresher)
1st they will ask formal intro and 1 or 2 logical question , why are you choosing this job( I am from BE background) etc etc
2nd round is basic technical round they will ask normal questions on computer like how to remove limited sign is network,how to see IP of computer, and some questions on hobbies(elimination round)
3rd is HR round
He is quite good, he just ask you few questions on branch studies. He also give you a situation "how to tackle customer and he will ask you " do you have any problem regarding rotational shifting in night.
In three round one thing is common ; communication skill

Interview
It was a walk in and so I had gone for a direct walk in. The interview process included an online test first. The online test comprised of English language skills as well as logical reasoning and a small portion consisting of quantitative aptitude and another section where in we had to deal live with a customer to resolve his/her queries.
There was elimination after each round.
After the online test, there was an extempore round where the HR had a sheet in which numbers starting from 1 to 75 were written and each number had a topic written against it. Each candidate was to choose a number and then speak on the topic corresponding to that number.
After the extempore round, there were two operations manager round.
