I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BT Group (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was contacted by phone for my first round and was asked the general questions about my previous experience. Second was a face to face interview and was asked questions regarding management. Final round was over the phone with one of the managers in UK.

I withdrew my application after the interview. This was one of the worst interviews I've had. The interviewer talked down to me, repeatedly interrupted me to such an extend I didn't even know what I was going to say and didn't even want the job anymore. The interviewer was condescending and rude. At some point, when I was answering yet another vague question, they just got up and left for a moment! Was I supposed to continue talking? Then they 'kindly' informed me I didn't have certain skills they were looking for. Was I invited for the interview to be told this to my face? I left the interview with such a bad impression of the company, I won't be interested in any BT jobs in the future. There's really no need to treat candidates in such a bad way.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BT Group (London, England)
Interview
Easy enough process, HR contacted me to apply for job, was interested and applied. I had the first round of interviews with HM to talk through CV., thereafter technical interview including the usual STAR method questions
