Group work.
Followed by a one to one SOARA Competency based interview for those successful.

Asked about process quite a bit, how would you design a product and the different stages involved.
Fairly flexible with home working and part time once you’re in the company, just don’t expect to get either of these too start with, in fact don’t ask about part time at interview!
All jobs in BT are advertised as full time.

1. Nov 2023: Online Assessment(Virtual Interview)
Dec 2023: Email that said I have passed
2. Feb 2024: Virtual Assessment Centre(Group Interview + Individual Interview)
3. Feb 2024: Face to face interview (onsite at BT office)
I received the offer about 1 week after the face to face interview

Online application. Did an online situational judgement/personality test where I had to answer questions in a timed test. Then did a video interview. Got a response a day later, that my application wasn't going to progress.
