I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BT Group (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interviewer was down to earth, just like a general chat. They asked me why I wanted to work for BT, why I would be a good addition to the team, etc
Online interview followed by assessment day , assessment day had a virtual reality aspect which I heard they may get rid of, otherwise a standard structure of technical and team building interviews
