I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BT Group (London, England) in Nov 2011
Interview
Recruited through MBA career services. Phone screen, on-campus interview, F2F assessment centre in London. Both behavioural and case-based interviews. As this was a strategy role, focused on analytical abilities, where you've led change in prior roles, case-based interviews, and teamwork assessment. Was done through campus recruiting, so followed a very standard process and took about 2 months to complete the entire process.
