Positive experience. The interviewers were very engaging and wanted to get to know me. The interviewers did not read from a script, but tailored questions based on experience and would ask follow-up questions. Generally quite easy (but, that's because I understood why I wanted BT Group, why that specific role etc). They even threw in a couple of 'fun' questions towards the end. Overall, it was probably the best interviewing experience I have encountered.
