Interview process consisted of 5 stages. - HR interview - great professional. Good call with questions around work experience, ways of working and even a small system design question mixed in. Overall pleasant experience. - Hiring manager interview - Questions around experience in leading teams, handling situations, AI usage, etc. - System design interview - This one was super cool! Had to design an ongoing monitoring system. Really interesting and great follow up questions from the interviewer. Definitely a hard core tech interview. Loved it! - Leadership interview - Leadership interview and questions around the style of leadership, handling difficult people, etc. - Culture fit - interview with the CTO. Short and very focused. Interesting as well.
