Starts with a written assessment done online, then an interview with the team leads and if you successfully pass this stage a final interview with the directors. I received the offer a week after.

Pre interview activities (video recording, assessments etc) -> Hiring manager interview -> technical interview -> interview with MD -> Job shadowing project -> discussion with HR. Overall the process was concrete and professional though long. I got financially compensated for the shadowing project as pre-communicated, showing respect for my time, efforts and understanding I had present employment obligations I liked the working conditions and the company’s mission but ultimately declined the offer for other reasons. I got a significantly better offer some weeks later
