It was a group interview. One part of it included having to go out on the sales floor, grab an item, and “sell” the item to the managers interviewing us.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Babies "R" Us (Vista, CA)
Interview
Weird questions, all done in group interview, but waited 2 weeks to hear back. Several employees sat in to watch, it was odd and unnecessary. The extra were there giggling amd being a distraction, it was a joke.
It was just one interview with 2 people. They tried to make the interview process fun by adding in games to learn about yourself. I had it with one other person, but when they started asking the more serious questions, they split us up.

They ask just general questions, but they also have you build a 'toy' from something like Legos and you have to give a pitch about it.
