The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Babylon
Interview
Phone interview, take home test, followed by a face to face.
The test was an easy Python programming exercise. It took them weeks to get back to me after the test to arrange an interview. Face to face was very brief, with very few actual technical questions.
They rejected me based on my lack of experience with a specific product, which no one actually asked me to demonstrate in either the test or interview questions.
I get the impression that they don’t really know what they want, and were poorly prepared for evaluating their candidates.
Their office seemed very cramped and chaotic. I’m not sure I would have accepted an offer if they had made one.
