Interviewed for a UK arm of this company based in Gloucester. During the hiring process, communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. I attended an initial interview and a final interview during which I was asked to prepare and deliver a presentation. My impression of the company was very positive, the people who interviewed me were professional, the facilities were smart, modern and in very good order. I was asked good questions and the position on offer was of interest to me.
However, following the final interview all communication completely ceased. It didn't take me long to realise that I probably hadn't done enough to secure an offer but I wanted to try to extract some value out of the process for myself and get some feedback. I had taken two days out of my annual leave to attend the interviews, driven a significant distance under my own steam, and spent several hours researching and preparing for the presentation I was asked to deliver. I was surprised and disappointed that the company didn't appear to care and weren't prepared to even send a short email giving me some feedback and pointers for the future. It took me sending two chasing emails to the generic HR contact address I had and a direct message to the interviewers (they gave me business cards) just to get a one liner saying I had been unsuccessful.
Whilst the position was interesting for me, my experience post interviews has made me feel like I probably dodged a bullet here.
