The hiring process is 5 phases
1. Initial phone screening by Recruiter
2. Code Test
3. Technical Interview
4. Non Technical Interview
5. On-site Interview (Covers Technical and Non Tech )

with recruiter.
Coding Test is Standard like a real time enterprise application. You could use a framework you are familiar with like spring, maven etc. Followed by the technical
interview, be prepared for everything. The next interview is role specific and finally onsite covers technical, presentation and discussions.
