The interview process was easy and straightforward. They were very welcoming and made you feel comfortable to answer questions. They just want to make sure you are reliable and efficient. I think my experience was great overall here.

Conversational style interview. No true questions or guidelines. There was no formal questions or answers and the interview in itself was not very long at all. The entire process took around 10 minutes. Just basically feeling you out to see how you stand up to the competition. The manager was very pleasant and he was professional during the interview process.
