Bailiwick interview questions

Received a phone call to schedule an in person interview. No questions or job description was discussed over the phone. We scheduled an in person interview for the next day and was told I would receive a confirmation email with address and contact information. Didn't receive it until day of interview. Met with the hiring manager for over an hour and was told t hey would be scheduling second interviews the following week and never heard back. I completely understand if you moved ahead with other applicants but I would recommend sending out a rejection email to anyone that takes the time to come out and meet you in person. Even if it is a generic auto reject email.

Face to face personal meeting with a few project related employees that took turns explaining the position, and asking questions. The interview lasted around an hour, and was mostly discussing personal traits.
