Pretty laid back. Ron told me his back ground and what kind of work we would be doing. He asks some pretty basic questions just to get a feel for you I think. It took a few weeks to hear back but I was told that up front. They called me and told me I didn’t get the job but they’d love to see me apply again in the future. Very professional all the way around.
