About five interviews. First one involved filming myself answering questions. The next two were with HQ and the final two were with the branches themselves. The process was quite long—about 4-5 months.

Multiple screening interviews, video recording interviews to be sent in. Live interview with advisor in field and upper management. Mostly about fit and understanding of Advisor roll, soft skills to adapt to tough first 7-10 years as a new advisor.
