Initial HR Call first. Then two 45 min interviews with MD and senior bankers of team discussing Behavorials and technical questions. It took 2 week intervals between each process; however, overall the process was not well organized.

Initial phone call with HR, then video call with hiring manager, and finally a video call with a panel from the specific department. Process took 6 weeks. Got a lot of questions about how I handle certain scenarios and about projects that I’ve worked on in the past. Make sure you have a good amount of examples from your experience to reference.
