The hiring procedure was clearly created buy programmers for programmers. unfortunately I was interviewing for a sales position. I'm going to submit that asking me mathematical questions is less relevant than asking me sales questions. I was informed there be two to three more hours of intelligence and aptitude tests very little of it sales centric. Apparently me successfully selling to mbas for the past 25 years, is less relevant than my scores on these tests. I decided to cut the interview short and withdraw my candidacy. Either the sales director there thinks this is the proper procedure to hire the best reps, or is biting his or her tongue in order to get along. Either way I can't see it as being desirable to report to that person. looking forward to competing with the rep that you're able to hire through this rat maze procedure, please don't be upset when I take his/her lunch every time.
