I was told they were interested in me, but was sent a series of test before they decided to interview me. The test included basic level math and english. They did not apply to the position at all. As someone with a BA and a JD, it seemed like they could have figured I have learned base level education in my prior 20 years of schooling. The test were to take 4+ hours to complete and said you could do it over a few days. Before I was able to finish they said they didn't want to interview me. They also ask leading questions in which you can tell what answers they want you to give even if you dont agree with them such as "Are you smarter than what percentage of the population - they want 1% according to their website" They also ask multiple question on "do you think a survey is the best way to start an interview even if it is several hours long" "Is this the same way you would want to interview people". It was a waste of time. The company has the ability to use computer to review applicants to narrow the process, but instead they want to waste time of applicants with testing that does not apply to the position because they don't want to take time to read resumes.
