Interview
Scattered, people not focused, 15-20 min interviews, 4 rounds, and then GHOSTED. Interviewed me for multiple roles, as well, kept me in the system, sent me an Amazon gift card for my wasted "time." THEN they have the gall to contact me months later for a new position, only to CANCEL the interview the day-of, claiming "the position has been filled." This company is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, in terms of communication and process.
