The interview is a multi-step process that takes soft skills, dev skills, and IQ skills into consideration. Each one is very well defined, and the process is fast. After the initial process, then you may have another couple of interviews with a PM and with the client's internal team. But this last part may vary. If you are a seasoned software engineer, the entire process is fast and easy.
