Interview
The interview was conducted in a very professional and sympathetic manner. The role's description, tasks and expectations were clearly defined, as well as the hiring expectation overall. There were questions about my career and background, followed by a few non-technical problem solving tasks.
It was only the first interview of a multi-step process.
