The interviewer was very easy-going. This is an interview to get to know you better as a person, and some information on your skills and preferences so they can match you with a client. They are pleasant and it isn't meant to be an intimidating sort of interview.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
