Most of the proccess was automated, the interview is fast and only check if you are interested in the job offer and the specificities of the contract, workin hour, salary expectations, etc.

It was an initial interview to know about my current job and expectative regarding the projects I'm interested to join in, salary and benefits. I was explained about the model of work used by BairesDev and I was also informed about the selection process with the company and the approximate duration of the whole process and what to expect about it. The interview was in spanish but had a section performed on english so the interviewer can evaluate English level.
