I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie
Interview
Very smooth, a little long, but, worth the time put in. The interviewers are sometimes a little distracted, but, as long as you can catch and hold their attention, with stories/ answers to questions/ your own questions, you should be fine!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (Houston, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process began with an email scheduling a zoom interview with the office admin. Next step was an in-person meeting with the team. All of the typical questions - nothing complicated. If your experience matches and your personality fits with the team, you will get an offer. Their litigation team pays a bit lower than most global law firms, but the benefits are great and the culture is awesome.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (Melbourne) in Feb 2019
Interview
Three stages, first is the HR screening. Second would be with the person you are replacing (this was a maternity leave fixed contract), third would be with the partner for the practice group.
