Straight forward application process (via the Baker Mckenzie Website) which was relatively compact and easy to complete
This was followed by a first interview with the vacancy's team leads - including a Belfast lead and London based counterpart
This was followed by a second interview and a meeting with the local senior lead for a less formal conversation (where they're measuring up whether clients will like you and that you'll fit into the team)
